It is reported by some media that Ford Motor Company is to recall mini Transit commercial vehicles produced during the period from December 2008 to May 2010, which are currently sold in the American market.

    JMC states that the vehicles recalled by Ford Motor Company are Transit Connect vehicles produced and sold in America. This is an entirely different vehicle to the Ford Transit commercial vehicles produced and sold by JMC in China. Ford Transit commercial vehicles produced in China are not affected by the action being taken in the US.
